The Hero Armor set inThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomis fashioned after Link’s outfit from the first game in the series, and it is looted from three chests within the Depths. While Old Maps can be used to find this armor, some players may prefer to circumvent the collection of those items and head directly to the relevant chests. This guide is here to assist with that endeavor, and the locations of all three pieces ofThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s Hero Armor can be found in what follows.
To note, the routes contained within this guide pass by Lightroots, which can be activated in order to illuminate portions of the Depths. That said, players should still ensure that they have a stockpile ofTotK’s Brightbloom Seedson hand before attempting to procure the Hero Armor set. Indeed, these items make traversing the Depths much easier, and fans that spend some time collecting them will be glad that they did so.
