It stands to reasonXbox Game Passwill unveil more games for August 2022 early in the month’s first full week, but fans already know four games coming to the service next month. All of them areday one games for Xbox Game Passto cap it off.
The first game isTurbo Golf Racing, and it’ll be added August 4. Even though it has been in beta and preview, this is its full launch, making it a day one game forXbox Game Pass. Fans will be able to access it on PC, Console, and Cloud. For fans looking to scratch an itch forgames similar toRocket League, this may just be the title.

Xbox Game Pass: Turbo Golf Racing
IfRocket Leagueis racing meets soccer, thenTurbo Golf Racingis just as its title describes: golf meets racing. Controls and graphics-wise, it seemingly draws heavily from the design and concept ofRocket League. But, in this title, players will need to race toward the end of the track and get their ball into the hole to claim victory. They’ll be able to use turbo, jump, flip, glide, boost, dash, and use abilities in these races, andTurbo Golf Racingsupports 8 players online in Grand-Prix style races.
Players can also unlock Power Cores that fine-tune how their cars interact with their balls, being able to hit further, fly faster, or use unique abilities like Ground Stomp. Just likeRocket League, fans are also treated to a ton of cosmetic customization optionstoo, from paint down to boosters and everything in between. It doesn’t just stop there, though, asTurbo Golf Racing’s developer promises free regular updates for new courses, cosmetics, Power Cores, and more. Indeed, it’s too early to say that it’s the nextRocket League, but it’s certainly in the same ball field.
Its release on Xbox Game Pass is likely to bolster its potential popularity even more, much likePS Plus did for the original release ofRocket League. Fans can expect more to be revealed in the coming days, but afterTurbo Golf Racingon August 4, three more games are currently confirmed for the service:Two Point Campuson August 9, Midnight Fight Express on August 23, andImmortalityon August 30.
