The event will begin with Gamescom Opening Night Live and then continue throughout the week, and we have a decent idea ofwhat we can expectfrom the show this year. Gamescom has become one of the biggest gaming events in the world sincethe death of E3, and usually tides fans over in the summer until more major announcements and shows come later with the Tokyo Game Show in September, The Game Awards in December, and a few others.
