French Wizard Who Becomes A Valuable Member Of The Weasley Family
The delicate and etherealFleur Delacourmakes a tremendous impression upon being introduced inThe Goblet of Fire. While being a student, the French witch’s resume included captaining and representing the Beauxbatons Academy while stationed at Hogwarts. As one of the four Goblet of Fire participants, Fleur displays acts of bravery and skill despite failing to match up with her competition in Cedric Diggory,Harry, and the fearsome Viktor Krum.
After her initial appearance, the talented wizard returns as an ally of Harry when the Order of the Phoenix comes together to protect the protagonist from the clutches of Voldemort. After marrying to Bill Weasley, Fleur plays her part as a new member of the Weasley family almost immediately. When Harry attempts to flee his home in Privet Drive, Fleur disguises herself as Harry alongside others, putting her life at risk in order to help Harry survive a wave of Death Eater attacks.

Like many members of the Weasley family,Molly Weasleybrings a lot to the world ofHarry Potter, particularly when acting as a parental figure to Harry during his years at Hogwarts. Despite her strict tone towards her children, Molly is a caring mother who tries to keep her offspring in line as their world turns upside down with the threat of Voldemort and his army returning.
Alongwith her husband, Arthur Weasley, Molly is a member of the Order of the Phoenix, which propels them to help Harry in his mission, with Molly even taking up arms in the Battle of Hogwarts, becoming the one to defeat Bellatrix Lestrange, the wicked witch.

Out of all ofHarry’s Defense Against the Dark Arts teachers,Remus Lupinstands out as one of the protagonist’s favorites. Remus is a peculiar teacher who keeps a keen eye on the Harry during his year at Hogwarts due to his friendship with Harry’s father, James Potter. While performing his role as a teacher, Remus tries to hide his lycanthropy, which causes the character to turn into an uncontrollable werewolf.
While his werewolf ability initially puts Harry, Hermione, and Ron in danger, Remus aims to help Harry, and the character becomes a key member of the Order of the Phoenix alongside his trusty companion, Nymphadora Tonks.

Arthur’s involvement with the order led to many confrontations, withArthur being involved in the Battle of Hogwarts, which saw Voldemort suffer defeat at the hands of Harry.

The treacherous twins ofFred & George Weasleywere a constant form of comedic relief throughout Harry’s years at Hogwarts, with the twins being intent on creating fun for students, no matter the consequences. Like the other Weasleys, Fred & George are involved in Harry’s life, acting as big brothers at Hogwarts or the Weasley residence.
Even after their Hogwarts years ended,the twins opened up the Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, a magic store that entertained many in Diagon Alley. When it came to the fight against Voldemort, the Weasley twins recognized the importance of the battle, with the twins both being heavily involved in the war, which saw Fred lose his life fighting for a good cause.
6Luna Lovegood
Harry’s Quirky But Loyal Friend Who Contributed During The War
Despite not appearing from the very start ofHarry Potter,Luna Lovegoodwas a Hogwarts studentwho had plenty of impact on Harryand the fight against Voldemort. Introduced inHarry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Luna adds a sense of quirkiness and life toHarry Potter, with much of the story turning dark and ominous due to Voldemort’s return.
Luna’s impact goes beyond her relationship with Harry, as she provides a helping hand to Harry’s group when they head to the Ministry of Magic to rescue Sirius Black. When attempting the rescue, Luna becomes involved in a battle against dangerous foes such as Bellatrix Lestrange and Lucius Malfoy. Luna later goes on to continue the fight against Voldemort and his army as she plays an active role in the Battle of Hogwarts.

Timid Boy Transforms Into A Crucial Hero
Neville Longbottomis one of the many Hogwarts students who are present in all of Harry’s classes, with the shy boy always being viewed as a joke by many of his classmates. Despite being shunned by many,Neville joins the fight against Voldemortdue to his parents' involvement in the Order of the Phoenix, with Neville starting to grow out of his shell as the years go by at Hogwarts.
In the Battle of Hogwarts, despite Harry being the one to vanquish the dark lord, Neville becomes a hero in the process as he eliminates Nagini, Voldemort’s last horcrux, which enables Harry to defeat his nemesis.
4Minerva McGonagall
Portrayed bythe incomparable Maggie Smith,Minerva McGonagallis one of the most senior professors at Hogwarts, with McGonagall head of Gryffindor House. As one of Albus Dumbledore’s most trusted advisors, McGonagall plays an active role in helping Harry and his companions whenever she can, with the professor always keeping an eye on the famed student due to their Gryffindor affiliation.With the death of Dumbledore, McGonagall acted as Hogwarts’s headmistress despite Severus Snape officially taking the reign once Voldemort’s dominion over the wizarding world had returned.
In the Battle of Hogwarts, McGonagall played a vital role in defending the school grounds. On the eve of battle, McGonagall used the Piertotum Locomotor spell to put a powerful shield around the school that helped protect it for a sufficient amount of time.

While being Harry’s staunch protector, Snape became Dumbledore’s most trusted ally, with Snape even abiding by Dumbledore’s wish to kill him in order to gain the trust of Voldemort and the Death Eaters.

Despite being the house elf of the Malfoy family, Dobby frequently helps Harry, with the young wizard being the only person to treat Dobby with complete respect.
Dobby’smost significant contribution inHarry Potteris when he saves Harry and his companions from the clutches of Bellatrix at Malfoy Manor. In saving the group, Dobby dies, leaving his last contribution to be the saving of his dear friend Harry, who must go on and try and defeat Voldemort.
