PopularTwitchstreamer Felix “xQx” Lengyel has exposed a viewer that has donated over $800 in order to send the content creator toxic chat messages. Because successfulTwitchstreamers often aren’t able to interact with their regular chat as it flies by, some viewers donate money to get a message through, and some abuse the system to send hateful words.

Scrolling through the many hate donations from Ctvvv, Twitch’s xQc was left stunned by the whopping 170 times the viewer sent money to disparage the formerOverwatchLeaguepro. Among the $5 donations were regular jabs at xQc’s aim in FPS games, his lack of rhythm, methods of communicating with chat, and even types of content that live viewers have become privy to through watching the Twitch streamer. According to Ctvvv, xQc viewers are also putting themselves on the line by watching his Twitch content, and the popular creator has become odd lately which the donator recommends he “stop pretending” in order to rectify.
Given that many Twitch viewers will donate to a popular streamer before reversing the charge so that their messages get through the chat without consequences, Ctvvv may not have truly certified the $850 just to trash talk. Completely flabbergasted by the volume of donations from Ctvvv, xQc concluded his review of the hateful messages by asking the viewer “what is wrong with you?” Although manyTwitch donations sent by viewersstill get ignored by the content creators if they’re found to be out of line, the many messages from Ctvvv not only reached xQc, but were displayed in chat as an example of an unhinged fan.
While many Twitch viewers have expressed their own astonishment at the xQc community member’s dedication to sending toxic messages to the popular livestreamer, others admired the ability to spend money so easily.
