Our Take On High Side
After a musical biopic about the rise of Bob Dylan, Timothée Chalamet andJames Mangold’s next moviewill be much different – a fast-paced heist movie set on superbikes. Mangold is a great action director, having already directed high-octane racing inFord v Ferrari. However,High Sidewill be the first full-fledged actionfilm for Timothée Chalamet, who has mostly opted for dramas.
AfterA Complete Unknown,High Sidepromises to shift gears entirely for Chalamet and Mangold. With high-speed chases, emotional stakes, and brotherly tension at its core, the movie could mark a bold turn for both actor and director. Chalamet and Mangold trading acoustic ballads for superbike heists? That’s a ride I’m ready to take.
