Like Groundhog’s Day, except bloodier

The Sexy Brutaleis one of 2017’s sleeper hits. It’s a macabre murder mystery game that tasks players with stopping a series of increasingly twisted deaths inside of a grand casino. With great art, intriguing characters, and time-rewinding mechanic that encourages creative thinking, the inventive puzzler deserves a bit more attention.

The Sexy Brutale‘s Switch release is a great opportunity to experience a game that plenty of people slept on. I enjoyed my time with it earlier this year and found its blend of time-altering gameplay and over-the-top art direction to be a compelling mix.
