Echo Valleyhit Apple TV+ a few months later. This Sweeney-led film was a grounded thriller following the aftermath of what happens when the daughter of a mother-daughter pairing shows up to her mom’s house covered in blood, having committed a horrible crime.
Both movies got mixed reviews, withThe Gorgedoing slightly better thanEcho Valley. The former title got a 62% Tomatometer and 75% Popcornmeter, whereasEcho Valleyreceived a rotten 51% Tomatometer and 53% Popcornmeter.
