Ultimateplayers how to use Final Smash, especially since some characters require different placement and the like to pull off their attack.
First and foremost, to get Final Smash inSuper Smash Bros. Ultimate, there are a couple of different methods. In some match types, players will automatically get Final Smash at some point in the battle, but most of the time they have to destroy the rainbow-colored Smash ball that will appear on the screen. Something to keep in mind is that there are also Fake Smash Balls in the game as well, which can be determined by theSuper Smash Bros.logoon it being lopsided.
Once players have Final Smash, they simply need to find an opponent and press the Special Attack button (usually the B button, depending on the controller used) without pushing the analog stick in any direction. If this attack is done properly and connects, then the Final Smash should activate.
As previously stated, there are some characters whose Final Smash requires them to be closer to enemies or farther away. For example, Donkey Kong’s Final Smash requires players to be pretty close to the opponent they’re using it on, whereasLink’s Final Smashis a ranged attack.
