Therefore, it will be wise to build the Bonfires as soon as youlay down your baseto ensure that your structures are protected.

Once you are done constructing the Bonfire, next you will need to add fuel to keep it burning. Although there are many fuel options you may choose, it is recommended to use Bark, as it is found in abundance.
How to Keep Your Bonfire Running
As you progress and continue your progress, you will need to add fuel to the Bonfire consistently so that your Bonfire remains lit and can continue to help negate the decaying effect on your buildings. However, as you progress andrecruit more tribesmen, you may assign them to maintain the Bonfire.
