A lot users agree with Proof-Razzmatazz1716’s caption on the post, which reads:“This has to be the most annoying object in [S]ims history.“A point of frustration for a lot of players is that their Sims will stop in the middle of actions to play with the clay and then spread it to other places. Another annoyance seems to be the rate at which the object appears, which is quite frequent.

Lumps of clay can be used bySimscharacters to mold various objects: a replica of the Eiffel Tower, a geometric star-like shape, a sphere with sticks pointing out of the top and bottom, a rabbit, or a tea kettle. The problem is thatall but one of these objects fails to serve any gameplay purpose if players do not have theBusinesses & Hobbiesexpansion, with the star-like shape granting Focused +1. Otherwise, they are only cosmetic decorations.
