Fortnite, more specifically itsfree-to-play Battle Royale mode, stands as one of the most popular modern video games, with millions of dedicated players logging in each day. And as it turns out, it appears comedian and television star Roseanne Barr, best known for her award-winning sitcomRoseanne, can be counted among the game’s millions of players.

This news came to light on Roseanne’s Twitter, where she revealed that not only does she playFortnite, but she apparently has 20 victories to her name. If true, this is rather impressive, as winning just one match inFortnite’s 100 player matches is no easy feat.

While it’s entirely possible that Roseanne is telling the truth about herFortnitedomination, she didn’t provide any proof of her exploits. Furthermore, if Roseanne is a gamer, it seems like it must be a new hobby of hers. Despite having an active social media presence for years and being in the public eye for decades, it’s difficult to find any other instances of Roseanne talking about video games at all - let alone enough to suggest that she plays them as much as her tweet indicates.

Of course, it’s also possible that Roseanne has been a gamer for awhile, but simply never found the need to discuss it publicly. After all, Roseanne has mostly remained focus on her career and political aspirations, and perhaps no one ever really thought to ask her much about what she likes to do in her free time.

Whether or not Roseanne is telling the truth about her 20Fortnitevictories remains to be seen, but it does appear as though we can now add her to the list ofsurprising celebrity gamers. And if she is as dedicated toFortniteas she claims, then maybe we will even see a reference to it in one of the episodes of the upcomingRoseannerevival show that will premiere on March 27 on ABC.

Fortniteis available now in early access on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
