Now, it’s finally possible to get Glaceon and Leafeon inPokemon GO, thanks to the game’s latest update that added some brand new Lure Modules with special features.
The new Lure Modules include the Glacial Lure Module, the Magnetic Lure Module, and the Mossy Lure Module. ForPokemon GOfans wanting to get Leafeon, they need to focus on the Mossy Lure Module. The Mossy Lure Module, like the Glacial Lure Module and the Magnetic Lure Module, is obtained in the shop.
Before players can get the Mossy Lure Module, they will first need to have amassed 200 coins. Coins are earned inPokemon GOprimarily by defending gyms, and players can get up to 50 coins per day using this method. Alternatively,Pokemon GOplayers can choose to trade real cash for in-game coins if they don’t want to wait the four days it would take to get enough coins to buy a Mossy Lure Module purely through gameplay.
How to Evolve Eevee to Leafeon
Once a Mossy Lure Module has been obtained, the next step is actually evolving Eevee into Leafeon. This is done by visiting any PokeStop and then adding theMossy Lure Moduleto it. Doing so will not only attract, bug-, grass-, and poison-type Pokemon to the area, but it will also make it possible to evolve Eevee into Leafeon.
Assuming players are standing within the spinning range of the PokeStop, they simply need to bring up Eevee in their game and then choose to evolve it while the Mossy Lure Module is active. As long as they have at least 25 Eevee candy,Pokemon GOplayers should have no further problems evolving Eevee and adding Leafeon to their collection of creatures.
Leafeon Name Trick
Pokemon GOplayers can also use the name trick to evolve Eevee to Leafeon. Nickname an Eevee “Linnea” and evolve it to get Leafeon, but note that this will only work the first time it’s done.
