Pokemon GOAdventure Week 2019is now live in the game, giving players the chance to catch rock-type Pokemon from now until it ends on June 11 at 1pm PT. ThePokemon GOAdventure Week 2019 event features increased spawn rates for rock-type Pokemon, rock-type Pokemon added to 2km eggs, new shiny Pokemon, new raid bosses, and more.
Like otherPokemon GOspecial events, Adventure Week 2019 also features its own unique set of limited-time Field Research tasks and rewards. As always, players can get these tasks from PokeStops, and they usually give them even more opportunities to run into the Pokemon that are featured in the event.
Pokemon GOAdventure Week 2019 includes some especially unique Field Research rewards, as players can get a Metal Coat from participating, as well as an encounter with an Aerodactyl. Catching an Aerodactyl is necessary to complete the Meltan Special Research tasks, soPokemon GOplayers will want to be sure to take advantage of that while the event is live.
