ThePokemon GOA Paldean Adventure Special Research has begun, bringing the adorablePokemon ScarletandVioletstarters to the game. Along with the new tasks, players will be able to redeem some cool rewards upon completing them.
The latest season ofPokemon GOis calledAdventures Abound, which is fitting considering all the new adventures players will be discovering in this new season. A Paldean Adventure is the first big event of the season, bringing all threeScarlet and Violetstarters. Also included in this event is pig everyone loves,Lechonk, which is the only new Pokemon that currently has a Shiny variant. Below are all the new special research tasks and rewards.

Pokemon GO: A Paldean Adventure Special Research Tasks and Rewards
After playing the new event for a short period of time, players will get the choice between three different options of who they want to adventure with:Fuecoco,Sprigatito, orQuaxly. Each one will require the trainer to do some things slightly differently. For example, if Sprigatito is selected, players will be required to catch more Grass-type Pokemon. Below are the tasks and rewards players can complete and what rewards they will receive.
Task 1
As a reward, players get 900 Stardust and 900 XP. Once this task is complete, players can choose between Sprigatito, Fuecoco, or Quaxly.
Rewards: 900 XP and more
Rewards: Encounter Pawmi and 900 XP
Rewards: Lucky Egg and 900 XP
