Persona 3 Reloadhas many different characters that you can form connections with during your spare time between classes and fighting demons in Tartarus. During the early hours ofPersona 3 Reload, specifically on April 25, you’ll hear some students discussing the grand reopening of the bookstore at the Strip Mall. Once school comes to an end that day, go ahead and open the town map and head toIwatodi Station Strip Mall.
Upon arriving at the Strip Mall, walk to the business on the left. You’ll see a bookshelf to the left of the front door and a green sign above the same door. Speak to the elderly couple, and they’ll mention that there’s aPersimmon Tree somewhere at your high school with which they have a connection; however, finding its location isn’t as easy as it sounds.

You can fast travel to Gekkoukan High School by tapping the left bumper. Go directly to the ‘Corridor’ section of the school.
Walk straight and then turn left to find a single tree. Interact with it to find aPersimmon Leafkey item.

Back to the Strip
Head back to the bookstore and speak to the elderly couple, showing them the special leaf. The two of them will reveal their real names, Bunkichi-San and Mitsuko-san. This willstart a Social Link with Hierophant.
Any Persona that you create that has the same Arcana type will gain extra XP, making it more powerful than normal. Make sure to visit the elderly couple as the story progresses so you can level up the Hierophant rank. Themore Social Links you have around town, the more useful your demons will be in battle when exploring Tartarus.
