In order to avoid litigation, Warner Bros. and Legendary have come together in order to forge a new agreement over the release ofmonster crossover filmGodzilla Vs. Kong. The two parties started up a new negotiation shortly after Warner Bros. announced that all its films would be headed to HBO Max in 2021, a move that surprised Legendary and left them feeling a bit shortchanged.
