As part of this year’s Funko Fair, the popular toy and collectible brand company has revealed a new series based on theDisney Plus animated shortsofI Am Groot. These Funko Pops and collectibles, as seen below, show Groot with cheese puffs, in a onesie, with a detonator, covered in Grunds, and more.
The Funko Fair is an annual event where the company reveals new collectible line-ups and series. It is currently taking place on January 18, January 25, and February 1 this year. For January 18, Funko revealed a handful of new collectibles based onDemon Slayer, Guardians of the Galaxy, Five Nights at Freddy’s, Gilligan’s Island, and more. It remains to be seen what will be revealed on February 1, but for January 25, Game Rant is able to exclusively reveal the product details for a new series ofI Am GrootFunko Pops and collectibles.

I am Grootconsists of five original shortsbased on Baby Groot, released in August 2022. It introduces several new characters and puts Groot in a variety of situations, most of which are represented in these new products. All in all, there are thirteen products within this collection, four of which are only available at exclusive retailers. The Funko Pop and Vinyl collectible of Iwua as Groot are only available via Funko online, while the Groot with Cheese Puffs Funko Pop is exclusive to Hot Topic and the 12-piece Mini Vinyl Figures collection is exclusive to Five Below.

It’ll be interesting to see what followsI Am Grooton February 1, and it’s not really hyperbole to say the sky’s the limit. In the past, Funko has signed licensing deals and worked with WWE, Lucasfilm, Marvel, DC, Hasbro, CBS, Fox, Warner Bros, Disney, Microsoft, HBO, and many, many more. It wouldn’t be surprising to see moreMarvel-themed Funko Pops, given the brand’s presence at both Funko Fair reveals so far, but fans will just have to wait and see.
