A newMultiVersusleak has surfaced, revealing the full move set and other features for a new character. The character in question is Morty from the popular Adult Swim TV showRick and Morty, who’s going to join the game on August 23.Twitter user AisulMV data minedMultiVersusSeason 1. It revealed the Morty’s move set, including eight regular and eight special moves (with some duplicates), a passive ability, as well as perks and skins. According to the leaker, Morty might also get three separate skins, Mech Suit Morty, Evil Morty, and President Morty, to join the previously leakedPickle Rick skinfor Morty’s grandfather Rick Sanchez. The Twitter feed also included voice lines for Morty, which were, according to commenters, ripped from the show. However, the voice lines were quickly deleted from the platform due to copyright infringement. There was also an exhaustive list of Morty’s level up perks, as shown below.
Rick and Mortycontent was announcedbyMultiVersusdeveloper Player First Games on July 22, alongside LeBron James, who arrived just a few short days later. However,MultiversusSeason 1 has had some setbacks. Season 1 launched earlier this week without Morty and features like arcade and ranked modes. The game previously added aRick and Mortythemed-level called Cromulons, featuring remixes ofRick and Mortysong “Get Schwifty.”
This is just the beginning for the inclusion of the Adult Swim show in the game.Rick and Mortyhas five seasons of creative and funny content that is excellent for a cross-franchise game. Morty is expected to be release on August 23 and Rick should follow later in Season 1.
