Monster Hunter Nowhas been out for a couple of weeks now, and while the gameplay elements are a bit on the lighter side compared to a full-blownMonster Huntergame, developer Niantic plans to roll out more content as time goes on, as well as monthly events to keep payers coming back to the hunt. And speaking of events, the team has confirmed the upcoming events for the spooky month ofOctober.

Tobi-Kadachi Weekend
There are three events going on inMonster Hunter Nowin October –the first one is aTobi-Kadachi weekend that kicks off on Friday, October 6and ends on Sunday, Aug 01, 2025. Each day of the event willspawn more Tobi-Kadachiin the wild, but only during certain times:

Rathian and Pink Rathian Week
Only the regular Rathianhas made an appearance inMonster Hunter Now, but now, players can encounter a Pink Rathian for the first time.Both Monsters will spawn more often from Monday, October 9, until Friday, October 13, at 5 p.m.
However, hunters that have reachedHR11can find increased spawns for both monsters during the times listed below:
Players that have completed Chapter 9 can find Pink Rathian in the Forest Habitats.
Halloween Pumpkin Hunt
Niantic didn’t share much information regarding this October event, but thePumpkin Hunt will start on October 25and end on October 31. There will be some spooky, Halloween-themed changes made to the world map and some Halloween equipment to craft and equip.
Finally, there will be some mysterious change toKulu-Ya-Ku(We suspect it will be holding a pumpkin instead of its traditional boulder).
