Roughly a year after thewell-reviewedMega Man 11, fans of the franchise now have something else to look forward to in the near future:Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collectionis set to release January 21st, 2020. The collection will feature sixMega Mangames total, includingMega Man Zero 1-4,Mega Man ZX, andMega Man ZX Advent, among other bonuses. The title will be available both physically and digitally for the PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One for $29.99.
In addition to the six games mentioned above, the collection will also feature an artwork gallery with hundreds of pictures, a music player, and a new Z Chaser mode with a leaderboard. Since these games are considered quite difficult - even byMega Manstandards - there will be a new “Casual Scenario Mode” and “Save Assist” option to help ease the difficulty also. Preorders will include 10 Reploid Remix Songs, six are from the games and four are bonus tracks.

All of the games featured in theMega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collectionare ports.Mega Man Zero 1-4were all popular titles for the Game Boy Advance,whileMega Man ZXandZXAdventwere originally released for the Nintendo DS.
All of the games take place hundreds of years after theMega Man Xgames, and all star the fan-favorite Zero. In a similar fashion toMega Man X, these titles were side-scrolling platformers in nature, but all featured a bit of an open-world setting with some RPG mechanics (like customization, leveling, etc).
This isn’t the only news that has come out of Capcom in recent memory, as there has been a lot of buzz around theResident Evilgames lately. For starters,Capcom’sResident EvilAmbassador programhas begun recruiting people to test out a new, secretResident Evilgame. It’s a secret, to say the least, as nothing else is publicly known about the mysterious game.
