There, Todd confirmed that Insomniac used just 10% of the total dialogue recorded for Venom, including scrapped scenes involving Miles taking on the symbiote. It’s impossible to know the full context of these lines, so it’s possible that a lot of them were generic gameplay lines intended for the playable Venom sections. Still, it’s equally plausible that Venom was set for a bigger role in the game, cut down due to theinsane rogues' gallery ofMarvel’s Spider-Man 2.
The news of Venom’s leftover dialogue will surely spark speculation about how the character will be used going forward.
