The new trailer forThe Great Circle’sOrder of GiantsDLC opens with Indy exploring a ruin, full of his characteristic boyish charm. We also see what appear to see some foreboding cultists, meaningful murals, and snake-shaped statues -all very typicalIndiana Jonesmaterial.
The Order of Giantsappears to be set alongside the events of the main game, primarily in 1937 Rome. Indy will be charged by a young priest to recover a long-lost artifact: the helmet of a crusader, once part of the personal collection of Pope Paul IV.
This will inevitably open up into a larger conspiracy as Indy explores the labyrinthine Cloaca Maxima, evades the Cult of Mithras, and hears tell of a massive, lumbering beast.Players will discover new locations, new secrets, and new puzzlesas they attempt to get to the heart of this ancient mystery.
The Order of Giantsis due for release on September 4- a release date that was initially revealed earlier this season,at Summer Game Fest. Indy on Switch is a pretty incredible proposition, and the kind of thing we only could’ve imagined during the Switch 1 era. Thanks to the Switch 2’s improved technical specs, though, we’ll now be able to takeIndiana Jones and the Great Circleon the go.
