The web event is themed after the upcoming Genshin Concert tour, which begins in early October. Most tickets sold out immediately, though there appear to be a few left for Mexico, according to theofficial website.
Another official pagedetails the bonus in-game items you receive when buying a ticket, including an exclusive Wind Glider, Namecard, and Furnishing. It looks like these items will also be added to the in-game store as part of a bundle costing 1,280 Genesis Crystals.
