Game Rant Arcade is back for Episode 15, bring an entire week of video game news, reviews, and more straight in one hour and a half show. Breaking the streak of nottalking aboutCyberpunk 2077,Cameron and Anthony discuss CD Projekt Red’s admittedly strange week, plus a bunch of other video game news that broke during the week.
First off, the ID @ Xbox Showcase was a little on the long side, but did show out a large number of games coming to the platform in the future. With deep-dive developer discussions and oodles of game trailers, there was something for just about everyone included in the show,Stalker 2andChivalry 2being just a few of the highlights.

Of course, there was plenty of other news that broke this week too. After a report broke last week detailing a change was imminent, Sony confirmed that thePS3, PSP, and PS Vita stores would be closing down. Users will still be able to download games, but that hasn’t done much to assuage fan fears of games disappearing completely.
CD Projekt Red’s weekincluded a baffling investor call, during which the company confirmed that it will start developing two new games in 2022. The company didn’t confirm what those games were exactly, but fans seem to be jumping to newWitcherandCyberpunk 2077projects. The company did confirm thatCyberpunk 2077multiplayer is being reconsidered, but it isn’t entirely clear what that means.
