How to Get Daredevil Skills in Forza Horizon 5
To get Daredevil Skills inForza Horizon 5, players must travel to a long stretch of road with NPC traffic, and drive past 3 vehicles to achieve 3 “Near Miss” Skills. The Daredevil Skill will only appear after 3 cars have been passed in quick succession with a “Near Miss” appearing. This means players must get close to the vehicles while driving past them without crashing.
The best place to try and get Daredevil Skills is the large, straight highway running through the middle of theForza Horizon 5map. Travel to one end of the road, and then set a waypoint on the map to the other side. This will indicate which lane players are supposed to drive in with arrows (as long as this option hasn’t been turned off).
Follow the arrows in search of cars to overtake. Some find it easier to get Daredevil Skills inForza Horizon 5while driving toward oncoming traffic on the wrong side of the road. This is the side where the arrows aren’t guiding drivers.
Players will probably have to travel up and down this highway multiple times if they are trying to get multiple Daredevil Skills inForza Horizon 5for a seasonal challenge, or specific Accolade. If the traffic isn’t appearing, try usingfast travel inForza Horizon 5to travel to any place on the map, and then fast travel back to the highway. This should populate more traffic. If it still isn’t working, switch to Solo and quit out of the game (making sure it isn’t in Quick Resume), and then load back in.
There should usually be a fair amount of NPC traffic on the road, butForza Horizon 5is currently having major online problems. Although, there has been a large patch recently, so hopefully, these types of issues won’t be much of a problem anymore.
Players might want to use one of thefastest cars inForza Horizon 5to try and get Daredevil Skills unless they have to get the skills in a specific vehicle. Driving faster makes completing the task more manageable, and players will gain “Ultimate Speed” very quickly, but there is also an increased risk of crashing.
Forza Horizon 5is out now on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
