Ahead of the release ofArmored Killin September, EA has already went ahead and trickled out some of the first details for theAftermathexpansion set to launch in December forBattlefield 3. Set in a post-earthquake Tehran, the four new maps will be take place in “shattered districts, streets and surrounding villages” that show a “continuing struggle for supremacy and survival amongst the devastation,” according tothe official product page.
The expansion will also add new weapons, modified military transport and civilian vehicles ready for battle, assignments, achievements, and dog tags. As I said earlier, you’ll have to wait until December for this one, but I suppose it’s nevertooearly to get excited for this. Between this andArmored Kill, it seems thatBattlefield Premiumis really paying for itself. I should really pick it up myself.
