TheFinal Fantasy Pixel Remaster 1-6collection has been available to play on Steam since they were added between 2021 and 2022, but that hasn’t stopped them from receiving sporadic updates over the years.
The latest of these surprise updates comes on March 5, featuring small tweaks for each of thePixel Remastertitles, more than a full year after the last one in February 2024. All six games have received minor bug fixes, as well as the following specific updates for each game:
Final Fantasy V
Final Fantasy VI
It’s nice to see these beautiful little remasters getting some care and attention so long after their initial releases (the firstFinal Fantasyis a whole four years older than me, and I could certainly use some looking after). The changes made can only enhance how enjoyable and nostalgic each game is.
