E3 may have reached its conclusion, but that doesn’t mean that gamers will have to wait months to hear more about the long-awaitedCrackdown 3, as further information will reportedly be dropping later in July. On the 22nd of this month Microsoft is set to reveal more news at San Diego Comic-Con 2017 in a panel that promises exciting reveals.

The Comic Con panel will be hosted by Larry Hyrb (Major Nelson) from 11AM - 12PM PST and is set to feature Senior Narrative Designer Dave Mongan, Senior Art Director Dave Johnson, and Design Director Clint Bundrick, who will discuss behind-the-scenes action which has gone down during the development ofCrackdown 3. In addition, the panel allegedly has exciting new information to reveal about the upcoming game, so we can expect some sort of major announcement.

If all that isn’t exciting enough, San Diego attendants will also be witness to a special guest appearance, though we’re not allowed to know who will be coming just yet. RecentlyCrackdownfans worldwide saw avid gamer andTV personality Terry Crewsrevealing his new playable character Commander Jaxon, so it’s possible that we’ll see Crews or another celebrity showing off whatCrackdown 3has to offer.

In other recentCrackdownnews, it was revealed at E3 that players will be able totackle the final boss straight away, should they choose to inCrackdown 3. Of course this would probably end up very poorly for the majority of players, but we’re certain that we’ll see some determined gamers finish the title in record time.

The title will also be a part of Microsoft’sPlay Anywhere experience, allowing gamers to playCrackdown 3on both PC and Xbox One with the same save file shared between the two systems. Fans who purchase the game once will have access to the latest in theCrackdownfranchise on both pieces of hardware, which is sure to be a selling point for gamers who tend to move around a lot.

Crackdown 3will launch on July 15, 2025 for PC and Xbox One.
