WhileCall of Duty: Warzonehas changed a lot since it launched last year, one thing that has remained a constant is how the grounded the game’s technology is. However, despite a lack of Force powers or high-tech equipment, someone has found a fun way to combineStar WarswithCall of Duty: Warzone.

The moment comes courtesy of Redditor FYouToby, and it sees theCall of Duty: Warzoneplayerwaiting patiently by one of the transport helicopters scattered throughout Verdansk. As pointed out by several commenters, this was likely a long wait, as the size of the map ensures that an enemy may never enter the helicopter. On top of this, FYouToby is playing Plunder, and with the mode having respawns, there is constant action around the main points of interest.

However, the player’s patience pays off, as someone does eventually come to the helicopter nearthe Verdansk 84 airport. Out of nowhere, they parachute down onto the helipad, entering the helicopter safely. With seemingly no sign of danger in sight, the player takes off, flying high into the sky of the Russian country. However, they do not see FYouToby lying in wait. As their victim flies off, they detonate the C4 hidden on the helicopter, getting a sneaky kill.

While this required a lot of patience to pull off, there would normally not be too much to see here. After all, more impressiveC4 plays inCall of Duty: Warzonehave been pulled off, with this one requiring more luck than skill. However, what does set it apart is how the Reddit user transforms it into aStar Wars-inspired moment. Using an emote, FYouToby looks as if he is destroying the helicopter with the Force. As the helicopter flies, the player on the ground “force pulls,” with them squeezing their hand as soon as it blows up.

A perfectly timed moment that makes great use of a random emote, it is hard not to get a laugh out of the gamer’s efforts. Adding to the moment is audio of The Emperor giving Anakin Skywalker the name of Darth Vader, with theStar Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sithclip further improving the player’s creation. While prominent figures fromStar Warswill likely never becomeguest characters inCall of Duty: Warzone, this player does a fine job of channeling their inner Sith Lord using the emote and movie audio.

With nearly 3,000 upvotes and dozens of positive comments, it seems like plenty enjoyed the player’s clip. That said, fans ofCall of Duty: Warzone’s Plunder modemay want to avoid helicopters for a while, as some could take inspiration and attempt to recreate this silly sequence in their own matches.

Call of Duty: Warzoneis available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
