Blasphemous 2players will start the game off with a measly twoBile Flasks–these are the red-colored jars that sit underneath the health and Fervour meter at the top-left corner of the screen. By pressing the X button (Switch), players can heal their character while exploring the complexMetroidvania-style map. Of course, players will be able to carry up to six Bile Flasks, but in order to unlock more, they’ll need to findBlasphemous 2’sEmpty Receptacles.
There are four of theseReceptaclesto find across the map, and this guide will show players where to find them all, as well ashow to find the Blood Upgrade roomso that players can give them to an NPC.

Where to Find Blood Upgrade Room (Bile Flask Upgrade)
In order to find the NPC that takes the Empty Receptacles, players can start at the City of the Blessed Name and head to the area to the right. Jump across the platform in the next room and head one screen right. (Players might need to progress and unlock more skills before they can reach this room). Head down the ladder and enter the room at the bottom.

Empty Receptacle Locations in Blasphemous 2
As for where the four secret Empty Receptacles are located, we have a handy dandy map below that will show players just where to go. However, it’s worth noting that some of these items can only be reached after unlocking certain abilities, so if a player cannot access the item, return later after making some progress elsewhere.
Blasphemous 2players can also turn in Chalices to the NPC toincrease their max healthand Crystal Shards to increase max Fervour.
