What Ashley Hollis Winning The Power Of Veto Means For Big Brother 27

Ashley Saved Herself When She Needed To

Ashley’s Power of Veto win means that Vince is going to have to choose a fourth person to put on the chopping block. His options are becoming increasingly limited considering thatthe Have-Nots–Rachel Reilly, Will Williamson, Zach Cornell, and Ava Pearl–are safe for the week.

By nominating one of his own allies for eviction, Vince will not only avoid getting more blood on his hands, buthe and Kelley can hide their alliance, as she mentioned when she volunteered to go on the chopping block before he named his original nominees. In addition, Kelley has a chance to save herself in the BB Blockbuster competition, so there’s a good chance that she might not even be on the chopping block in the end.

Ashley proved herself to bea formidableBig Brother 27competitorby winning the Power of Veto competition when she needed to. This means that Vince could be in danger next week when he can’t play for HOH, especially becausehe broke his agreement not to nominate Ashley. The four HOH competitors, including Vince, Ashley, Adrian, and Jimmy Heagerty, had previously agreed to keep each other safe.

Our Take On Ashley Hollis Winning The Big Brother 27 Week 1 Power Of Veto Competition

Vince’s HOH Is Turning Out To Be Messy

Ashley’s Power of Veto win is causing Vince’s HOH to go downhill fast. The odds were stacked against her because the house wasn’t happy with her after Showergate, but she came through when her back was against the wall. In her confessional after the nominations, Ashley swore that she’d come off the chopping block and then take her revenge on Vince, and now that’s a real possibility for her.

AlthoughVince seemed to be strategic during theBig Brother 27premiere, his decisions are becoming increasingly questionable. He’s making every rookie mistake in the book–breaking agreements, nominating his own allies–and it could come back to bite him in the end.

Even if Vince decides not to nominate Kelley, the other houseguest whose name he mentioned, Adrian, was another person he’d agreed to keep safe. Ashley’s Power of Veto win has put Vince in a precarious position in the house, which could make him a target the following week when he can’t play for HOH. It’s going to be very interesting to see who Vince nominates in Ashley’s place at the Power of Veto ceremony.
