Big Brotherseason 27’s first fight broke out on the live feeds Wednesday night ahead of the show’s first live eviction of the summer, leaving legend Rachel Reilly going toe to toe with one nominee, who may have just ended their game. ThroughoutBig Brotherhistory, fights have bubbled up between houseguests.Rachel’s no stranger to a fight, but her first in years was shockingduringBig Brotherseason 27.

A Big Brother 27 houseguest got into a verbal spat with Rachel Reilly on the live feeds.

During the early hours of the morning on Thursday, July 17,Rachel and Isaiah “Zae” Frederich got into a verbal spat that left the house reeling. After Rachel confronted Zae and Keanu Soto for talking about going after her, Rachel ruffled Zae’s feathers (via@ToomsBB_) by giving him a quick"game on"and sparked a massive argument in front of the house.

Zae, who’s currently nominated for eviction, was on the receiving end of some incredible lines from Rachel, who started things off quickly by warning him (via@ToomsBB_),“I’d be careful coming for the Queen. You will get beheaded,“and following it up with,“You wanna act like a child and come for me, I hope you can back it up.“Flabbergasted, Zae had minimal response.

While Zae was flustered, he tried to have a conversation wherein he rehashed their argument in private to a mostly unresponsive Rachel. When she didn’t give him an apology or answers he liked,Zae probed, to which Rachel responded that she was bored and moved on. With the vote looming, Zae’s behavior may have cost him hisBig Brothergame.

What Zae’s Feud With Rachel Reilly Means For Big Brother

Zae Could’ve Cost Himself The Game

Zae, who was revealed to haveused a slur in theBig Brotherhouseand has since used that same slur again, has been openly talking about nominating whoever votes against him in the eviction.Rachel, who’s been campaigning for her ally Amy Bingham to stay in the game, would be one of those votes against Zae, should he still be on the block.

While Zae wasn’t necessarily saying Rachel’s name, he also wasn’t refuting the idea of going after her throughout the week to others, which trickled back to theBig Brotherlegend. Rachel’s particularly sensitive about her experience, and while she’s beendoing well socially duringBig Brother 27, in the past, she hasn’t been a well-versed social game player, instead relying on competitions.

With Rachel’s social game having shifted, things are changing for the reality show legend. After the fight,Rachel retreated and took some time for herself, while Zae over-talked to the majority of the house about what happened, making things awkward. It’s likely that ifZae remains on the block for eviction, his actions and reaction will cause others to evict him without much thought.

Our Take On Zae’s Blowup With Rachel Reilly

Zae Picked The Wrong Fight

AlthoughRachel’s a different versionof the woman viewers saw duringBig Brotherseasons 12 and 13, she’s still Rachel. Choosing to go into a verbal spar with one of the most dramatic houseguests inBig Brotherhistory is a choice, andZae decided to go with it despite others knowing it was a bad idea. Zae was struggling throughout, unable to find words to match Rachel.

While some felt Zae won the fight, the fight itself wasn’t what mattered. The aftermath, which left many scrambling to Rachel to check on her while Zae retold the argument for several hours, made it clear thatRachel came out ahead. Despite her feeling like her alliances were shattered, Zae may have hurt hisBig Brotherpotential.

Big Brotherairs Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (and Fridays every other week) at 8 p.m. EDT on CBS.
