4Auntie Ethel’s Hair

Players have a chance ofobtaining Auntie Ethel’s Hair, a missable consumable, in Act 1. When players uncover Auntie Ethel’s identity, they must chase her into her hideout and fight her.
When Auntie Ethel’s health drops below 20%,she offers the player a difficult bargain. Players can choose to spare Auntie Ethel and allow her to keep Mayrina and her baby in exchange for the witch’s hair. However, players can also try their luck at intimidating or deceiving Auntie Ethel, requiring them to roll a D20. Doing so enables players to save Mayrina, her child, and also acquire Auntie Ethel’s Hair. Players can then consume the hair and add +1 bonus to one of the seven ability scores, including Constitution.
3Gloves Of Soul Catching
Grants +2 To Constitution And Additional Force Damage After Unarmed Attacks
The Gloves of Soul Catching can be obtainedmidway into Act 3. The players encounter Hope when they enter theHouse of Hope. Saving Hope from Raphael rewards the player with the Gloves of Soul Catching.
Equipping the gloves setsConstitution to +2, up to a maximum of 20. Additionally, the gloves also come with two special perks: Soul Fist and Soul Catching. TheSoul Fist perkallows players to deal an additional 1d10 Force damage when attacking enemies unarmed. TheSoul Catching perkallows players to gain 10 temporary HP once per turn when attacking an enemy unarmed. Players can also choose to forego the healing effect to gain advantage on attack rolls and saving throws until the end of their next turn. These perks arephenomenal for a Monk build.
2Dwarven Splintmail
Grants +2 To Constitution And +1 To Strength
The Dwarven Splintmail can be purchased from the bugbear vendor, Lann Tarv, in Moonrise Towers. However, Lann Tarv doesn’t open his full inventoryunless players manage to persuade Disciple Z’rellto hand over the key toBalthazar’s Room. Now, when players talk to Lann Tarv, they can let the bugbear vendor know that they were sent by Disciple Z’rell, which causes the vendor to open their full inventory, allowing the purchase of Dwarven Splintmail armor.
Besides adding +2 bonus to Constitution, the Dwarven Splintmail also includes two perks: Superior Plate and Body Aid. TheSuperior Plate perkreduces incoming ranged attack damage by -1, whereas theBody Aid perkgrants +1 buff to Strength, saving throws, and ability checks. The one downside players should consider when equipping this armor is that they’ll suffer fromdisadvantage in Stealthchecks.
1Amulet Of Greater Health
Sets Constitution To 23 And Provides Advantage On Constitution Saving Throws
The Amulet of Great Health can be acquired in Act 3, when players make it to theHouse of Hope. Once inside, players can explore this area and can come across certainpedestals holding valuable loot. One of these pedestals also holds theAmulet of Greater Health.
The Amulet of Greater Health is the best Constitution-boosting item available in the game, as it sets the max Constitution score to 23. Spellcasters like Gale can benefit greatly when equipping the amulet. Additionally, the amulet also provides advantage on Constitution saving throws, againgiving spellcasters a better chance at succeeding concentration checks.
