When it comes to battle royale games, every shot counts. InApex Legends, there are a multitude of great characters with different sizes, with players able to tell where they need to shoot to take out opponents, but it seems that thenewest legend, Loba, may be a little easier to shoot than originally intended.

Loba was the newest character added toApex Legendsas part of the launch of Season 5. As a support character, the high society thief features a distinct play style from the other legends on the roster. She has the ability to teleport via her Burglar’s Best Friend ability, can seehigh tier lootthrough walls, and her Black Market Boutique ultimate ability allows for her and her allies to quickly loot any object within proximity to her location.

However, none of these things really matter if she’s killed, and it seems her current hitbox isn’t doing her any favors. Reddit user sant_priya took Loba into the Firing Range to take a deeper look and see if they could understand why they might be dying so quickly. Currently, when shooting Loba around her torso but off the mark to the left or right, the game still registers that as a hit on the character.

Hitbox concerns aren’t exactly a new issue forApex Legends. Back in February, many players wereupset about Revenant’s hitboxesas well, however Respawn eventually corrected this mistake.

It may be possible that most players aren’t even aware that this problem exists. Recently, Loba was ranked as one of theleast played Legends in Season 5at a pick rate of 4.2%. It’s hard to know if this is because of the fact she is easier to hit, or if players just don’t have the character unlocked yet. Hopefully if enough players report this hitbox issue to Respawn, it will be corrected sooner rather than later.

Apex Legendsis available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
