The game became available on Steam not even five days ago, and already it has passed a major milestone with over 100,000 concurrent players on Steam. This is great company to be in, but it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise given thatApex Legendsis on its way to becoming a billion-dollar franchisein the near future, according to EA COO and CFO Blake Jorgensen. The game is only going to continue to grow as it comes to more platforms, with amobile release planned before the end of 2022.
Apex Legendswas also supposed to release on the Nintendo Switch at the same time as the Steam version of the game, but developerRespawn Entertainment delayed the Switch version to 2021, citing technical issues.
Apex LegendsSeason 7 is a hit among fans so far, with many loving the new map, cosmetics and buffs to characters like Loba and Pathfinder.
