Havocis action-packed from start to finish.The noir thriller has Evans’ signature in its perfectly choreographed action scenes, but it is way more chaotic than the director’sRaidfilms. Despite its shortcomings,Havoc’s cast does an incredible jobof drawing audiences in. Hardy is great as a corrupt police officer, and Jessie Mei Li perfectly embodies an inexperienced young detective.
