Microsoft has recently revealed its Q3 earnings report for the whole company includingXbox, Microsoft Windows, and more. The big takeaway is Microsoft Corporation stocks temporarily went up, helping the company hit a $1 trillion valuation. This would quickly decrease, but the only other companies to ever hit that point are tech giants Apple and Google. The details of the report may be less surprising, especially in the appropriate context, but overall Xbox One sales are down, selling 33% fewer consoles than last year....
Thunderbolts*has promised a new take on the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s formula—17 years after the franchise kicked off. The film features a cast of former villains and antiheroes, such as Sebastian Stan’s Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier, David Harbour’s Alexei Shostakov/Red Guardian, and Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova, among others. ALiam Neesonthriller with just 54% on Rotten Tomatoes is now atop the streaming charts on Hulu. It’s no surprise to see one of Neeson’s films put up big numbers on streaming, just given the number of titles the veteran action hero cranks out. Indeed, theTakenfranchise stararguably puts out too many movies,causing a lot of them to get lost in the shuffle. A recent Neeson film that deserved a bigger audience,The Land of Saints and Sinnerswent nowhere in its theatrical release, but found viewers when it began streaming on Prime Video earlier in 2025....
The Ryan Coogler-directed and Michael B. Jordan-starring filmSinnershas been lighting up both reviews and the box office since it came out in mid-April. The suspenseful horror flick set in the early ’30s certainly has plenty of supernatural undertones, but is also deft at character development, action,music, and overall heartfelt connection. Though ultimately,music is the true star when it comes toSinners, especially as it heavily centers around the blues. The time period of the movie makes for a perfect basis for this, given that so much of the origins of the blues began in the early 1900s and branched out into so much more iconic detailing in the following decades....
Arcanegets a lot of attention for its stunning and unique animation style, but there’s another aspect of the Netflix show that deserves just as much praise: its soundtrack.Arcanehas so many great musical momentsscattered throughout its two seasons, and most of the songs were created specifically for theLeague of Legendsseries. With that in mind,it’s no surprise thatArcane’s best songs will forever be associated with the show. It’s difficult to find a bad track on the series' soundtrack, but the most memorable earworms accompany big moments for the story and its characters....
